Jazz Pensacola is a 501c3 Non Profit in Pensacola, FL and as such we are run by volunteers! This means that while we try to ship out "same business day", we may be delayed a day or two.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with each and every purchase you make from Jazz Pensacola, that's why you have 30 days to return or initiate an exchange with us, though you'll need to pay for return shipping unless you're returning something because of something we did!
